My ideal clients are those who aspire to understand themselves better, enhance their relationships, and discover a deeper sense of peace and purpose.
Above all else, my goal is to create a supportive, compassionate environment for my clients. My overall approach blends Narrative Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Solution Focused Therapy, and Positive Psychology. For couples, I use Emotionally Focused Therapy and the Gottman Method, and with children, I utilize play therapy and Positive Discipline.
