I'm a native of Chicago and grew up in the heart of the Midwest. I have lived and worked in Africa, Europe, Asia, South America, and the Caribbean. I have been active working as a middle and high school counselor, a therapist for Integral Care of Austin, and more recently in private practice.
After 20 years in the field, my resources and approaches to therapy are designed to specifically address your needs as you define them.
