Many clients come to me after months or years of therapy feeling highly self-aware, yet still stuck in the same emotional patterns, relationship dynamics, anxiety, or self-defeating cycles. That’s often where deeper healing begins. Together, we move beyond surface-level insight to uncover and resolve the underlying roots of emotional pain, trauma, attachment wounds, self-protective patterns, and nervous system overwhelm so lasting change can occur. Using an integrative and personalized approach, I provide a safe, compassionate space for deep healing while also equipping you with practical tools for resilience, and emotional growth

I am a certified EMDR Consultant and developer of the Parts Informed EMDR Protocol. I promise to offer a supportive and non judgmental setting, coming from a place of compassion and an open mind and heart. I specialize in personal/ spiritual growth, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety, LGBTQIA+, and self worth, using IFS, EMDR, ACT, mindful self compassion.
