I practice mindfulness, CBT, and trauma informed care to treat clients. Counseling can be a wonderful experience but difficult for some to start. I believe that empathy and compassion are a cornerstone to good health. We will work at your pace to improve your situation. We have multiple counselors and psychiatric medication management to meet your needs.
