About
Jeff is a Certified Recovery Specialist (also called a Recovery Coach) with formal substance use disorder and recovery training from Villanova University. Jeff spent over 25 years as a corporate executive, has a recovery story of his own, and has dedicated the next chapter of his life to helping those who suffer (like he has) from alcohol and/or drug addiction. Jeff understands the the pain and hardships addiction brings and is now focused on helping others live a healthy, happy, sober life.
What is a Recovery Coach? Recovery often involves coping with painful emotions and long-standing habits that may have contributed to your life of addiction. While sponsors, friends and family all can play a role, a Recovery Coach stands by your side throughout the recovery process - planning, guiding, motivating and supporting your success.
Recovery does not often happen on your own. If you or someone you know is struggling with a substance use disorder, please reach out. The perceived stigma, the deflated ego, the shame and embarrassment, are tough to get passed. But by working with a Recovery Coach, you CAN get better. You CAN rebuild your life. You CAN once again enjoy living.
