Hello. I'm Jeff Watros. Since 1995, I have been practicing as a Licensed Professional Counselor and Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in the Commonwealth of Virginia. I offer Neurofeedback, which measures brain waves to teach self-regulation of brain function.My approach to therapy involves discovering how feelings interact with thinking and beliefs to influence behaviors.
