As an Asian American in California and Oregon, have you ever felt like you couldn't speak up about the dark clouds above you or how you constantly worry about the future? Were you ever blown off when trying to talk to your parents and you now have years of resentment pent up and you rarely want to talk to them now? Or you feel like you have to pretend to be "fine" yet you have so much rage inside waiting to blow up. Despite all that, you feel conflicted - empty and a bit lost because life feels lonely and you still yearn for connection.

I want to be your guide on how YOU can heal the wounds you've experienced. That means figuring out 1) what happened, 2) how you felt, 3) the meaning you made from that experience, and 4) validating within yourself so that you can stand firm when you go to try and make amends with your family. Yes, I do challenge you to do that but only when you're ready.

This isn't going to be a "quick fix". If you're looking for that, I'm not your guy. But if you want to realign yourself with your true values, communicate honestly with others, not have to be pretend to be someone you're not, then let's discuss how we can work together. You don't always have to surpass your tolerance level.
