I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) who works with adult populations. I offer treatment for individual, couple, throuple, poly, complex/open relationships, or family therapy. I specialize in anxiety, depression, relationships, sexuality (LGBT issues, coming out, HIV/AIDS, and more). I want you to know that I understand and am comfortable exploring the complexities of modern relationships. I strive to provide a safe environment where I will work with you to provide structure, encouragement and support in a non-judgmental atmosphere where we can collaborate to identify and work toward your growth goals.
I have worked with many individuals who wish to experience positive change in their lives. I practice counseling using Reality Therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I work with clients in a collaborative process that examines the motivation and behavior of the client, which I believe is central to effecting positive change. Currently NOT taking couples.
I understand that taking the first step to seek counseling can be difficult and I'm here to answer any questions you may have. I currently offer remote telehealth counseling sessions via the telehealth video platform, Doxy.me (HIPAA compliant).
