Are you looking for a Christian-based approach to therapy utilizing some of the most sound/effective treatment methods? If so, I'd welcome the opportunity to work with you! I have 17 years experience as a therapist helping individuals and couples with a wide array of problems. My approach to therapy is based on trust, honesty, love, empathy, understanding, patience, non-judgment of people, and respect for each individual and their goals. I strive for therapeutic effectiveness to bring about true healing, growth, and integration of body, mind, emotions, and soul, as well as improved relationships.
Therapeutic methods I offer include the powerful Immanuel Approach (for trauma and much more), EMDR, Emotion Focused Couples Therapy (EFT), mindfulness therapy (Christian or natural approach), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and CBT. I have a Master's degree in Counseling (Christian counseling concentration) and a Bachelor's in Exercise Science.
My office is comfortable, private, and located in Orange Park on Blanding Blvd. I personally and directly correspond with all prospective and current clients from start to finish.
