My process starts with meeting both of you for the first meeting and then once separately to get to know you better and let you speak freely. You'll be asked to complete the Prepare - Enrich and Gottman couple assessments to gather some important information, as well. I'll help you understand the strengths, and challenges, of your unique relationship.
I am a direct and interactive therapist who uses research-based knowledge and a good dose of heart to help you get the love you want.
