I am an EFT trained therapist with a Relational Psychodynamic background. I help my clients recognizing the emotional experiences that drive their behaviors, and build flexibility and resilience through insight and finding safety. I help couples recognize patterns in their interactions and facilitate conversations that promote understanding and connection.
