This group is specifically for men going through life changes to assist in processing issues regarding partnership, being responsible, communication, sexual challenges, and managing emotions. Groups are normally between 10 and 12 in size, structured, and client centered with a focus on utilizing skills to reduce tension, identifying inner joy, and gracefully transition thorough the stages of life. We utilize a group of clinicians to present on a series of techniques to address anger. Our anger management group provide engagement and instruction on the causes of uncontrollable anger. We provide and develop key concepts to controlling your emotions and regulating feelings. These groups are held in person as well as virtually on Wednesday evenings and Saturday mornings.
