I am an Advanced Practice Clinical Nurse Specialist in adult psychiatric and mental health nursing. While in private practice, I have a collaborative arrangement with Dr. Adam Sky. I have functioned for over 25 years as an advanced practice nurse with prescriptive authority. I treat clients with Depression, Anxiety, Dementia, ADHD, PTSD, and Bipolar Disorder to name a few. I understand that making the decision to seek help can be very difficult. I use an approach that is compassionate, direct, and non-judgmental to help create a safe environment for therapy.
I am also seeing adult clients 25 and older for individual therapy to overcome Depression, Anxiety, Self-Esteem issues, family changes, marital and relationship struggles, and the elderly struggling with dependence and limitation issues.
I consider myself an active therapist and provider combining experiences, education, with a down to earth approach to treat the whole client. I want to take the time to understand your situation and offer the you the tools to feel better and stay well.
