I have 7 years of professional experience working with individuals facing a range of issues, including substance use, trauma, anxiety, depression, interpersonal and family relationships, grief and loss, and others. My method is straightforward- I assist my clients with identifying the root cause of their suffering and help them access their inner strengths to create healthy solutions. I believe that people are experts in their own lives, and my goal is to facilitate the healing process by holding space and allowing clients to navigate their journey to wellness.
This may be achieved through positive self-talk, improving self-esteem, developing effective communication strategies, establishing healthy boundaries within relationships, remaining focused on the solution rather than the problem, and understanding self-care.
Ihave extensive experience using the 112-step model of recovery. I combine my life experience with professional training. I am not ashamed to say that I have gone through my transformational process. It takes strength and courage to reach out for assistance, and I embrace an attitude of non-judgment, having been in a similar position to many of my clients.
