I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have always wanted to help others achieve the best version of themselves. I have 10 years of experience at all levels of care inpatient and outpatient. As your therapist, my goal is to help you navigate the various challenges and give you a strong sense of self and control.
I work from an eclectic approach that way I can meet you where you are at and find the best approach that fits you and your life. I utilize a solution-focused approach to help you gain a strong footing in the here and now. In addition, I pull from cognitive behavioral and dialectical behavioral approaches to give you tangible coping skills you can utilize.
