My website

I help men find freedom from pornography and other sexually compulsive behaviors. My specialty is working with men who really want to dig deeply into their story and understand the "why" beneath their addictive behaviors. I also help clients attend to other forms of compulsive behavior, such as screens, social media, or even work. My goal is to help men engage their anxious or avoidant tendencies and develop healthy relationships with others. Upon request, I am able to integrate insights from a Christian worldview with evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients pursue a life of freedom and integrity.

I specialize in helping men who avoid their pain through sexually compulsive behavior or other coping strategies. I am certified in Narrative Focused Trauma Care from the Allender Center, which means that I help you engage your life story to uncover the emotional pain beneath addictive behavior. My priority is to help you heal pain not just manage symptoms.

The hardest part is taking the first step to tell someone you're struggling. I know because I've been there. I also know that there is freedom and peace on the other side. I'm here whenever you want to take that first step.
