Life is a journey. I am not here to judge. I am here as a guide. I counsel individuals, couples, and teenagers in a safe, honest and "down-to-earth" manner. I work inside a comfortable private office providing traditional psychotherapy in Roseville, California. For those clients that would like a more experiential approach, I also take therapy outside with Walk and Talk Therapy. Individual clients accompany me on a two-hour hike/walk that combines movement, nature and psychotherapy. For those who are too busy to leave their home or office, I provide on-line counseling as well. Click on my website to book an appointment.

My theoretical orientation tends to be, humanistic, strategic and solution focused. I also find value in the process of examining the past but only in the context of moving forward toward a more compelling future. I place a strong emphasis on, emotional intelligence and mindfulness. I have many skills to reach a variety of people.

Reaching out for help takes courage and it is a sign of intelligence, to admit that you have areas of growth. Growth and maturation is an essential part of human development.
