I have had the opportunity to work with many individuals who have come to therapy for relief of painful feelings, resolution of old wounds, improvement of intimacy in their relationships and help with specific problems in living. I utilize various forms of therapy that are individualized for each client's needs and strengths. I coach, educate, confront, support, nudge and explore.
I have worked with clients that struggle with a range of concerns such as depression, relationship difficulties, low self-esteem/shame, addiction, anxiety and depression. I have assisted both men and women who have experienced sexuality related problems such as sexual dysfunction, sexual orientation concerns, sexual compulsivity and sexual abuse.
I am Blue Cross and Medicare provider. If you have other insurance, you may be eligible for out of network coverage. When you contact me, I will assist you in determining if this is a possibility for you.
