Utilizing philosophies rooted in community-based teachings and dialogues, my mission is to align with your personal beliefs and values as it relates to your healer within.
My work is based heavily in community QTBIPOC mental health, and clinically supervising other QTI and BIPOC therapists. Whether it is in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) or experiential techniques utilizing creativity and expression, I am a champion of each individual’s beautiful complexity and that “change can happen at any pace."
Always revisiting and relearning my own intersecting identities as a first generation, queer Korean, I am committed to not only affirm the identities we use to “check off the boxes,” but the identities that often go unseen and untold. Feel free to reach out and start the process!
