Jeffery S. Nagel's Groups
Navigating the new era of masculinity
This open men's group is designed to help men 18 and older, of all cultural backgrounds, races, religions, genders, and sexual orientations who have questions about what it means to be a "man" in the new era of masculinity. Discussions will explore today's most pressing topics related to masculinity. There will be support, psychoeducational, and processing components to help provide members with coping skills, tools, and resources to better understand themselves and their role in society. All participants must be pre-screened and pre-registered to attend.
An artist's life
This is an open support group designed to help working musicians, performing artists, and visual artists who are struggling with the mental health challenges associated with being an artist in a society that systemically devalues the arts. The group welcomes anyone 18 and older, of all cultural backgrounds, races, religions, genders, and sexual orientations, who are currently earning the bulk of their income from performing or visual arts. All participants must be pre-screened and pre-registered to attend.
