Hello I'm Jeffery! I'm the Founder and CEO of Pacific Mental Health. I split my time between supervising, teaching, and providing therapy to a small caseload of clients.
I work with men from a Jungian depth perspective, who struggle with anger management and domestic violence. I also utilize CBT for issues involving unhealthy thought patterns.
Often times anger is brought on by unmet expectations and a symptom of deeper issues not being addressed. It's my job to metaphorically stand in a place you can not see, and point you in the right direction as to the cause of what is contributing to the anger.
I have a PhD in Clinical Psychology, with emphasis in Depth Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, a MA in Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University Seattle, and a BA in Psychology from the University of Washington.
