Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with over 26 years of experience providing therapy services. I am currently licensed in Colorado, Georgia, New Hampshire, North Carolina, Tennessee, and Washington as well as approved as a telemental health provider in South Carolina. I integrate evidence-based practices, including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), mindfulness techniques, and strengths-based approaches, to help clients gain insight, develop coping skills, and achieve their goals.
