My clinical experience has included working not only with individuals but couples, families and groups.
My background draws on psychodynamic theory with a strength based and solution focused perspective. Primarily, I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and have training in Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). That being said, not all styles work for everyone so we will work together to find what works best for you.
