I have three years experience working as an individual, couples, and group therapist. I have helped people face past traumas, confront depressive and anxiety symptoms, learn to communicate better in relationships, and seek the goals that they create.

Like you, I too have worked through many of my shortcomings, anxieties, and communication challenges, and dysfunctional thinking... with great reward. I understand that therapy is not easy.
