I am trained as a generalist trained to meet the mental health needs of a large scope of the population. Clients may be seeking care from me for the first time or have prior experience with counseling. I work together with clients to identify goals, set realistic expectations and help to motivate them to progress toward those goals. The identification of purpose and meaning in life is a common desire with my clients. I help you to get unstuck from where you are at and set you on a path that provides greater purpose, meaning, and hopefully greater peace.
I have long specialized in treating the aging. I also work with adults of all ages with a strong background in treating depression and Bipolar Disorder. I have extensive experience providing couple’s counseling. I also have backgrounds in working with Veterans. As an ally to all those who are LGBTQ, I have always striven to provide a safe place for therapy
