Sometimes, we can tell ourselves scary stories about the future and replay the painful traumas of our past. Together, we can look at your stories and see their strengths and challenges, and how you can build a new narrative for your life. I like to help clients find their true North Star to guide them to a new meaning and purpose. I accept select insurance options including Medi-Cal / Health Plan of San Mateo.

I believe in creativity as a lightning rod for inspiration. As a musician and creative myself, I have seen how tapping into our artistic selves can open a new wide vista for expression and serenity. I stress the importance of connection in this increasingly disconnected world, and we’ll find methods that will grow your connections with others and yourself.

I focus on grief and loss, depression, addiction, anxiety, PTSD, and ADHD. I am here to walk beside my clients and help them understand their massive potential. There is no greater honor than for me to be invited into someone’s life. Nothing is too broken that it can’t be put back together.
