From a young age, I was taught that every person deserves respect, dignity and kindness. I am very well aware that it’s easier to provide others those decencies then it is to provide that to ourselves.
I seek to not only aide in helping you realize this, but to empower you to actualize this. I want to see people overcome long held issues, be it trauma, loneliness, social anxiety, anger, and whatever else might come.
I have experience working with all ages, and a hodgepodge of experience with different populations including foster care, crisis, families, adults and couples. I offer both in person and telehealth options.
I gladly welcome people of all walks of life. I will utilize whatever modalities and specialities I offer and humanize these practices so that you can fully understand and utilize them in your everyday life.
