As a psychologist practicing over the past 20 years, I have helped adults manage difficult life events, transitional stress, loss, emotional trauma and a variety of symptoms related to depression, anxiety and other emotional concerns. My integrative approach to therapy is informed by humanistic, existential, relational, cognitive and behavioral theories. I work with each individual to guide them through a process of developing greater self-awareness, self-understanding, and, ultimately, self-efficacy.

I have practiced in Pennsylvania, New York and Connecticut. I have a Ph.D. in counseling psychology, and I completed my training at West Virginia University and Penn State University.
