About
We will meet in a quiet, confidential setting where we will speak about your concerns. It is important for me to understand the totality of what is happening in your life and I want to hear your observations. As well, I will be asking many questions so that together we can form an understanding of what is taking place in your life. It is very common to feel depressed, anxious and to have problems with relationships. These difficult feelings can be due to circumstances and/or traumatic events. In addition, Covid adds another layer of complication to most of our lives.
The goal of therapy is to reduce depression, anxiety and other challenging feelings. I will help you learn to manage your internal world, thus allowing you to feel more comfortable.
