Before becoming a therapist, I had a 15-year career as a psychiatric nurse and more than 20 years in the tech industry here in the Bay Area. I provide therapy for children, couples, families, and adults across San Mateo County and throughout California via telehealth—so you can meet from the comfort of your home or any private space. I support clients dealing with depression, anxiety, stress, career change, marriage or family challenges, school issues, trauma, and other struggles that come with life in today’s fast-paced world. I have extensive experience helping children ages 8–17 manage attention challenges, academic stress, and screen or social media overuse, and I draw from my psychiatric nursing background to support families facing complex mental health needs.
