Heal trauma. Reclaim your life. I help adults heal from PTSD, complex trauma (CPTSD), and adverse childhood experiences (ACEs). For early childhood trauma, I use the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), incorporating somatic mindfulness, curiosity, and presence to work at a relational level. For memories you can recall, I use Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART) to help you reprocess and release troubling images and body sensations.
I have trained in some of the most effective trauma-healing modalities available, including Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), the NeuroAffective Relational Model (NARM), and Somatic Experiencing (SE).
I see symptoms as hints of a deeper story. It's not about what's wrong with you, but what happened to you, and how you adapted to survive. Healing trauma is an opportunity to gain awareness, reclaim your vitality, authenticity, and self-agency.
