Do you struggle with anxiety that has not responded to traditional approaches to treatment? After an assessment of symptoms and brain wave patterns, I work to help clients retrain their nervous system and develop psychological flexibility. I use a variety of methods, including meditation practices, technology-based interventions such as neurofeedback, stroboscopic light, and vibroacoustic therapies, and ketamine-assisted therapy. I provide a supportive and collaborative creative process to empower you.
I have trained extensively in both ancient and modern healing practices including Counseling Psychology, Neurotherapy, Qigong, Psychedelic Integration Therapy & Meditation. I have also completed training in various methods of energy healing. My goal is to provide a personalized, trauma-informed, mind-body-spirit approach to healing.
My approach is based on the notion that most mental health concerns are the result of a nervous system that has become stuck in an unhelpful pattern. The strategies I use emphasize the importance of increasing flexibility and adaptability of the nervous system. Through this process it is often possible to take positive steps toward achieving your goals.

I generally like to begin with a Quantitative EEG or "brain map" in order to understand what brain wave patterns may be connected to the client's concerns. Information gained from this assessment can then help us identify which approaches are likely to be the most helpful, providing balance and increased flexibility for those brain regions that appear to be related to the client's concerns.

I often use Ketamine Assisted Therapy (KAT) as a tool to reduce depression and anxiety as well as increase brain plasticity. This process helps create a state of increased receptivity, making other interventions more helpful. KAT work is frequently combined with neuromodulation strategies and counseling/coaching to help direct the brain and behavior toward desired goals.
