Men's Sexual Recovery for Addiction and Abuse

This is a weekly meeting of men dealing with various issues around sexual recovery. The group is primarily focused on sexual addiction recovery and secondarily dealing with sexual abuse recovery. Other issues related are sexually compulsive behaviors, as well as problems with inappropriate flirtation, affairs, prostitution, visiting nightclubs, and/or bookstores, abuse recovery from childhood victimization and as sundry childhood or adolescent improprieties. Spouses Group, Wounded through Sexual Betrayal

This is a weekly meeting of women and men dealing with various issues around sexual betrayal in relationship. The group will be initially focused on learning to cope with woundedness from the effects of sexual addiction, infidelity or other forms of sexual sin. Secondarily we will be dealing with issues of grief recovery, co-dependency, healthy boundaries, and Bold Love. Issues covered include, but are not limited to, those such as the trauma from exposure to sexually compulsive behaviors, problems with inappropriate flirtation, dealing with an affair(s), issues related to prostitution, visiting nightclubs, bookstores, videos, problems with unwanted attractions.

DBT Dialectical Behavior Therapy Groups

You will learn mindfulness & dialectical behavior therapy skills for helping you manage mood swings, control angry outbursts, and get along with others. Skills are taught in the following four areas: Mindfulness, Distress Tolerance, Emotional Regulation, and Interpersonal Effectiveness. We are enrolling adolescents who are 11-13, as well as those 14-17, in separate cohorts. Individual sessions will be offered in tandem with the group meeting.
