I am a licensed clinical psychologist whose approach to therapy is based on respect, collaboration, warmth, humor, and non-judgment. I am experienced working with children, adolescents, and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, and both family and relational conflict. I use an integration of psychodynamic exploration and approaches with cognitive-behavioral therapy techniques to help you meet your goals. My clients describe me as compassionate, effective, and personable.
I am also a skilled diagnostician, able to administer psychological evaluations that assess cognitive functioning, learning difficulties, ADHD, trauma, mood disorders, social-emotional difficulties, and neurodevelopmental challenges.
