Dealing with grief is one is not only extremely difficult, but it can feel very isolating. It's a pain that might be hard to explain to others, so seeking support from others who are also mourning can be a comforting experience. If you've lost a parent, this support group can provide you with a therapeutic space to process your grief and feel less alone. You'll also learn helpful ways to cope with bereavement. This is a teletherapy (via video conferencing) group.
