As a therapist, my guiding intention is to support individuals as they overcome personal challenges, identify their deepest values, and start taking the steps to live the kind of life they aspire to live. My primary focus is guiding and assisting clients toward greater mindfulness, acceptance, and a value filled life, regardless of the problem or diagnosis.
Along with my role as a statewide trainer and consultant with expertise in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Psychosis (CBTp) for the University of WA Dept of Psychiatry, I support private clients with a wide range of issues, offer clinical supervision for mental health professionals, & offer consultation & trainings for co-occurring disorders and CBT & CBTp.
