Once a management consultant for ten+ years, now a clinical psychologist orienting myself as a 'dharma-based' psychotherapist. Buddhism, what the Dalai Lama calls a "science of mind," has increasingly influenced my own practices. I've received training in "Mindful Self-Compassion," developed by Drs. Neff and Germer, and currently offer MSC at Georgetown.
