My first consultation (25 minutes) is free so together we may decide what would be most helpful for you, to assess your needs, and determine what is best. For many lifestyle coaching or consulting is often best for those who want to improve life or problem solve as opposed to treatment for a diagnosable condition; while others may benefit more from counseling for concerns with anxiety, grief, or depression. Having spent many years in teaching and practice in metro Lou, I may also recommend colleagues who may be more helpful.
I've worked with individuals and families for over 40 years. I am a Certified Psychoanalyst, a former AAMFT Clinical Fellow and Supervisor, a LCAC (IN), and past professor of marriage and family therapy, pastoral counseling, and psychoanalysis. I accept self paying clients, most insurance, and IN Medicaid.HIP.
