It seems like life should be better than this - I have heard some version of this sentence from every client, couple, or family for more than two decades of counseling. They just know life and relationships should function better and are trying to figure out how. The clients I have seen are struggling with relational dysfunction, anxiety, depression, grief, or the residue of trauma. Many of them feel lonely, confused, and hopeless about one or several issues within their story. Many of the stories are very hard and painful. Understandably, they all want to find a better way to live their lives and change the story.

I have studied far beyond the minimum so that I can genuinely help people create transformation in their lives and relationships. I don't just help them feel better today, but I give them systems that can work for a lifetime. Life can be better, as hundreds of former clients can confirm.
