Video-based sessions available in Delaware and Pennsylvania. I treat OCD, anxiety, depression, stress, anger, and worry, among others. My approach involves Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) therapy for OCD treatment and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). You have the ability to feel better and counseling is a great first step. I specialize in helping you retrain your brain toward more healthy emotions and thought processes. Negative feelings and behavior usually occur when your actions do not line up with how you want your life to be. It is vital to your mental health that you retrain yourself toward different thoughts and actions. Therapy can help with that change.
Sessions are conducted online through secure video and I do not have a physical location. My hours are M, T, Th, and F 8:30-4:00. I do not accept Medicaid.
