Beginning therapy can sometimes feel overwhelming, but you don't have to do it alone. Together, we'll discover your strengths and lay the groundwork for lasting change—always at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
My approach is collaborative and deeply empathetic: I listen with intention, ask thoughtful questions, and work with you to co-create goals that align with your needs. I draw on a range of evidence-based techniques tailored specifically for you, integrating mindfulness, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and a trauma-informed perspective.
We are all complex beings - no two of us alike. That is why I hope to meet you where you are, hear your story, and help you navigate the rough waters of whatever challenges you're currently experiencing. If you're ready to start working toward feeling better, let's connect for a consultation.
