I am currently only seeing patients via telehealth. I provide both psychotherapy and testing/assessment services. I typically see people who experience depression, anxiety, anger, stress, persistent interpersonal difficulties, personality problems or self-esteem issues. I have a particular interest in working with men.
I received graduate education & training in psychotherapy, a Master of Science degree (2005) and an APA-accredited Doctor of Psychology degree (2017) with a specialization in clinical psychology. I have received education & training in psychological testing as well as psychoanalytic/psychodynamic and cognitive behavioral methods of psychotherapy.
My approach is psychodynamic and seeks to help develop deeper self-awareness of one’s behavior and understand interactions with others more clearly so as to create internal resources to change and feel more satisfied with life and relationships. I also provide CBT for anxiety, depression and trauma related symptoms.
