About
As a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor, my aim is to assist individuals struggling with mental health and/or addiction issues by helping them to explore, identify, and better understand factors underlying negative patterns in their lives. I encourage and support my clients in developing personal plans of action to begin to challenge and break free from those patterns.
In over ten years of experience in the field, I have provided clinical services at every level of treatment from emergency inpatient and crisis services to outpatient therapy, most recently as a clinical supervisor at a local program providing both mental health and addiction treatment. I have experience in treating a broad range of issues.
Trying to recover from these issues on your own can be incredibly challenging and draining, but it can be made easier with good people in your corner. Let’s talk about it.
