I work with adults and teenagers, from high school through late adulthood. I have worked in multiple settings, including outpatient private practice, college counseling, community mental health, and jail diversion. I have worked with clients facing a range of issues, including substance use, serious mental illness, PTSD, domestic violence, depression, grief, life transitions, LGBTQIA+ issues, and anxiety.
I am trained in EMDR, Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), and Mindfulness-Oriented Recovery Enhancement (MORE). My approach is deeply rooted in a person-centered perspective, drawing from Internal Family Systems, Motivational Interviewing, and psychodynamic theories.
