If you are experiencing depression, anxiety, grief and loss, trauma of any kind, relationship issues, working through cultural identity, racial-environmental oppression, past spiritual abuse, I am willing to work with you to get to the source of the difficulty and find healing.
I offer a holistic, psychodynamic, humanistic, cross-cultural approach to finding how healing is operating within your life and ways to strengthen it to the point where you find relief, growth, and transformation. I use multi-methods such as dreamwork, somatic approaches, inner child work, accessing emotional language, and the therapeutic relationship.
