Mindful Recovery & Wellness
An ongoing therapy group for people with substance use problems and other addictive disorders. This experiential group will be supportive, educational, process oriented. The focus of this therapy group is to develop a new relationship with addictive behaviors through exploring wellness recovery needs, mindfulness and relapse prevention strategies. This group is intended for people who are interested in building or maintaining recovery skills.
