As a Marriage and Family Therapist under supervision, I want to journey with you to explore your pain and create space for healing and growth so you can move toward purpose, peace, and connection - to help your story move from brokenness toward restoration and renewed purpose. Whoever you call family may be part of our time together, regardless of marital status, sexuality, gender, culture, faith background, or any other factor.
My training and clinical experience equip me to draw from a variety of therapeutic approaches tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. An optional component is also the integration of Christian values and perspectives.
With my spouse, we’ve navigated life as a blended family while raising two children into adulthood. A major part of that journey included graduate school and vocational change. My background spans two fields: biological sciences and rental housing. I am also an ordained pastor in the United Methodist Church.
