Hello, I'm Jeff James, MFT license 49213. I focus on relationships in life. I also help people with ethnicity issues, spirituality, and men's issues. I typically work with individuals and couples, addressing anxiety, depression, loneliness, conflict, and mindfulness. I use a family systems approach with a psychodynamic and humanistic emphasis.
