I am a sex-positive and trauma-informed therapist who helps people navigate a wide range of complex issues related to trauma, sex, sexuality, shame, stigma, fetishes and kinks, communication, infidelity, non-monogamy, gender, anger, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem, and other issues. I believe that everyone deserves a safe and non-judgmental space to talk about the things that matter to them.
My approach is collaborative, person-centered, practical, research-based, and solution-focused. I am passionate about helping my clients forge an individualized path forward that works best for them. Also, as a cisgender gay man, I am a member of the LGBTQIA+ community and I work with, support, and affirm all gender and sexual identities and expressions.
