I help teens and young adults to control their anxiety by teaching them techniques and tools that will allow them to regain control over their emotions. There is a lot of pressures and challenges that teens deal with on a daily basis that can become overwhelming and lead to anxiety and low self-esteem. When I work with a young client, they understand that I work for them, not the other way around. I help them address their fears in a safe environment which leads them to a healthy life.
Most of us have beliefs that are keeping us from being our best version. If those negative beliefs happen at an early age it affects how you deal with future situations. Not addressing anxiety, low self esteem and low confidence at an early age will effect decisions they make for the rest of their lives. I work for them.
Our children have had many challenges that we adults may struggle to understand. I provide a safe space for your child to be real and address their fears, doubts and trauma's so they can move forward with confidence.
